Currently, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all ebike orders.
Shipping Areas:
- France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Croatia.
- Note: We do not ship to offshore islands (e.g., Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, etc.).
- If there is Secondary Customs Clearance Risk, the risk shall be borne by the customer.
- We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
Shipping Restrictions:
We offer shipping to most destinations within the European Union. However, certain regions are currently excluded due to logistical limitations, transportation complexity, or limited service coverage. The following locations are not eligible for standard delivery:
-Fully Excluded Countries/Regions
- Ireland
- Romania
-Partially Excluded Countries/Regions
- Portugal: Azores (Região Autónoma dos Açores), Madeira (Região Autónoma da Madeira).
- Spain: Balears Province (Illes Balears), Canary Islands(Las Palmas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
- Italy: Sicilian provinces (Agrigento, Caltanissetta, Catania, Enna, Messina, Palermo, Ragusa, Syracuse, Trapani), Sardinian provinces (Cagliari, Nuoro, Oristano, Sassari).
- France: Corsica (Corse), Overseas territories and departments(Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, French Guiana, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, etc.)
- Denmark: Bornholm Island (Baltic Sea), Faroe Islands, Greenland.
- Greece: Many of the Aegean islands and remote island groups, including Crete and others, are subject to limited delivery service.
- Norway: Svalbard Archipelago and other remote territories.
- Netherlands: Caribbean territories such as Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba.
If your shipping address falls within one of the regions listed above, we kindly ask you to reach out to our customer support team before placing an order. We are working to improve delivery coverage and thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Time
-For in-stock ebikes, we'll provide tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. Orders will take 3-8 days to deliver.
-For accessories, may ship separately from China, and typically take 7-14 days. You will be notified by email with tracking details.
Any delivery dates provided by Freesky are estimates.
Ebike
For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. The carrier is FedEx. It may take 24-48 hours for your shippment to be scanned and 3-8 days to be delivered. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Freesky are estimates.

Accessories
For accessories, we usually ships them from our warehouse in Poland. It will normally take 3-10 days for delivery. However when the items are not in stock in Poland, we will ship it from China factory, it will normally take about 2 weeks.

Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, no cost will be charged.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
Replacements and exchanges: No charge fee.
After shipping
Cancellation after shipment (tracking number is updated) will be charged for the shipping fee. The shipping fee will be €150 (it will be €200 during shopping season from Oct to Dec).
Change request of the delivery address after shipment will be charged €20 as a change fee charged by carriers.
Order Tracking
You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on freeskycycle.eu. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to serve.eu@freeskycycle.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
